What will you get? – Welcome drinks on arrival, attached bathroom, electric blanket, free wifi access, charging kits, unlimited boiled & filtered water, bathroom slippers, and hot shower.

We are already at a height where air gets thinner making it difficult to breathe. To adapt to the higher altitude, we have scheduled an acclimatization day today.

The trail to Dingboche makes it exciting with the views of Ama Dablam, one of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Also, we will hike through the Imja Khola valley, with its lush forests and snow-capped mountains.

The trail will be a little challenging because of the higher altitude and steeper climb as we come closer to Dingboche. As you climb the steeper trail to Dingboche, you will see fields protected by stone walls. These walls help to protect the crops. such as buckwheat, barley, and potatoes, from the cold wind.

On day 07 of our trek, we have a scheduled acclimatization day at Dingboche. As we have already covered a considerable height, it is important to take acclimatization. This will be our second day of acclimatization throughout our trek.

After having proper acclimatization at Dingboche, early this morning we will continue on our trail which will lead us to Lobuche. The trail to Lobuche is going to be fascinating because of the stunning mountain views throughout the trek.

Even in the 4-5 hours of trekking to reach Lobuche, you won’t get exhausted because of the glimpse of high-altitude life and extraordinary vistas of glaciers and mountains.

Although Lobuche is a small settlement, as you arrive closer you will notice that Lobuche is a comparatively larger settlement with many hotels ad shops.

After all these 8 days of trek, today it’s going to be a big day for us. We will have our foot on the Everest Base Camp for the first time. First, we will trek to Gorak Shep where we will take some rest and prepare ourselves to hike for Everest Base Camp.

After having a quick snack and leaving our luggage and backpacks at Gorak Shep, we will trek to EBC. Thinking about all the difficulties we bear with each on this day, we will successfully reach the Base Camp.

Reaching the Everest Base Camp is a wholesome feeling because of all these days of trekking and then finally setting foot on Mt. Everest. This is the closest you can get to Mt. Everest unless you want to climb on it.

We will take moments of celebration and take photographs to keep it as an unforgettable memory. After spending some time together at base camp, we will head back to Gorak Shep to have an overnight stay.

Today it’s going to be more fascinating because we will hike to the Kala Patthar Viewpoint to explore the stunning panoramic views of Mt. Everest and other peaks.

We will trek at dawn so that we can experience the beautiful sunrise between Mt. Everest and other majestic peaks. It is fascinating to view the sunrise in between the beautiful mountain peaks.

After spending some time at Kala Patthar Viewpoint, we will then head back to Gorak Shep. At Gorak Shep, we will enjoy our delicious breakfast and prepare ourselves to trek to Pheriche.

The dense forest is full of wildlife like pheasants, musk deer, mountain goats, and even snow leopards. If we are lucky enough, we might even spot these animals.

While trekking on the trail, we will take pictures and enjoy the views of the tip of Everest. After trekking for about 4-6 hours, we will then reach Namche Bazaar. We will then go to the hotel to take rest and enjoy some food.

After spending time at Namche Bazaar exploring and resting at Hotel, we will head back to Phakding. The trail from Namche Bazaar to Phakding involved mostly a downhill walk, as you descend from higher elevation.

The path winds through forests and small Sherpa villages, providing glimpses of the Dudh Koshi River.
