Today will be our full day off adopting ourselves with the high altitude in the Himalayas. The best way to adapt to the environment of the Himalayas is to be active.
We will hike to Everest View Hotel to the top of the hill. On reaching there, have a cup of tea/coffee as per your own preference and will explore for a few hours and descend back to Namche Bazaar.
Getting to the high altitude of the peak and getting down to spend the night at a lower altitude is the best way to adapt to the environment in the Himalayas

Reaching Tengboche from Namche Bazaar will be an easier one as there aren’t more steps to climb. On the way to Tengboche, well-managed stone carved -mani, stupas, and chorten with different flags on them. Also, the majestic view of Ama Dablam will be more appreciable to us, taking some videos and photos on the route.
Tengboche Monastery, makes you feel the good vibe and if you are lucky enough then you may witness the puja ceremony in the monastery with a certain amount of cash and also offer lamps in the monastery.

The trail gets challenging while a good panoramic view can be witnessed. Following Imja Khola before climbing the Dingboche potato field. It is the highest settlement of the Sherpa community in the Khumbu region.
The view of Mt. Amadablam is more precious when we reach Dingboche at the time of lunch. The majestic view of Ama Dablam will keep us wide open to nature and just keep on looking at the Himalayas. Reaching Dingboche the remaining time of leisure can be used for reading books and communicating with guides about the culture and interacting with local people of the sherpa community.

Leaving behind, Gorak shep Today commencing our trek after a healthy Breakfast to reach the highest viewpoint in Everest region- Kalapathar.
Following the rugged path leads us to Kalapathar and explore for a few hours seeing the majestic view of Mount Everest and mesmerizing view of the high Himalayas all around.
Kalapathar is the best viewpoint to witness the views of the Himalayas. Spending a few hours descending to Pheriche for our overnight stay.

Today, in the early morning we all said goodbye to the Everest region and the high Himalayas as we boarded our flight back to the airport(Kathmandu Airport or Manthali Airport) Depending on the available airport, we land and then immediately transfer to the accommodation. We all gather in the evening for our evening dinner in Thamel.
Today, after breakfast in the Hotel, our representatives will transfer you to the airport depending on your flight time.

While it’s not possible to pay the local government tax from Kathmandu, if a trekker is traveling from Lukla then you may get it at Lukla. On the other hand, if you’re traveling from Jiri or Salleri then it is possible at Monjo while trekking to the region of Everest.,

Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit
It is the existing rules of the National Park under the rules of the Nepal government. The entry permit of NPR 3000 per person should be paid while entering the Sagarmatha National Park. The national park entry permit is easily available at the Nepal Tourism Board In KTM.
Additional permit for Everest Base Camp Trek
While you are traveling from Jiri to Everest Base Camp trek by roadways you will be more eligible to pay NPR of 3000 per person for the Gaurishankar Conservation area entry permit fee. The Gaurishankar Conservation Area p- entrance fee can be paid at the Kathmandu office of the Nepal Tourism Board.
